3 說(shuō)明

TPS7A8300 是一款低噪聲 (6µV_RMS)，低壓降 (LDO) 穩(wěn)壓器，能夠在壓降最大值只有 125mV 的情況下提供一個(gè) 2A 負(fù)載。

用戶完全可以通過(guò)印刷電路板 (PCB) 布局布線來(lái)調(diào)節(jié) TPS7A8300 輸出電壓，而無(wú)需外部電阻器，從而減少元件總數(shù)量。 對(duì)于更高輸出電壓應(yīng)用，此器件在使用外部電阻器的情況下可實(shí)現(xiàn)高達(dá) 5V 的輸出電壓。 借助于一個(gè)額外的偏置電壓軌，此器件支持極低輸出電壓（低至 1.1V）。

借助于極高精度（線路、負(fù)載和溫度范圍內(nèi)達(dá)到 1%），遙感和可以減少涌入電流的軟啟動(dòng)功能，TPS7A8300 非常適合為諸如高端微處理器和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)可編程門陣列 (FPGA) 等高電流、低電壓的器件供電。

TPS7A8300 針對(duì)高速通信應(yīng)用中的加電噪聲敏感組件而設(shè)計(jì)。 極低噪聲，6-µV_RMS器件輸出和高寬帶電源抑制比 (PSRR)（1MHz 時(shí)為
