The TCAN1044A-Q1 logic I/Os support CMOS levels with respect to either VCC for 5V systems (TCAN1044A-Q1) or VIO for compatibility with MCUs that support 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, or 5V systems (TCAN1044AV-Q1).
