bq24780S 器件是一款高效同步電池充電器,所含元件數較少,適用于空間受限的多化合物電池充電 應用。
bq24780S 器件支持混合動力升壓模式(之前稱之為“渦輪升壓模式”)。當系統電源需求突然超過適配器最大電源水平時,可利用此模式對系統放電。這樣適配器就不會受損。
bq24780S 器件利用兩個電荷泵分別驅動 N 通道 MOSFET(ACFET、RBFET 和 BATFET),以便自動選擇系統電源。
系統電源管理微控制器可以通過 SMBus 對具有較高調節精度的輸入電流、充電電流、放電電流和充電電壓 DAC 進行編程。
bq24780S 器件可監視適配器電流 (IADP)、電池放電電流 (IDCHG) 和系統電源 (PMON),以便主機根據需要控制 CPU 速度回落或減少系統電源。
bq24780S 器件可對 1、2、3 或 4 節串聯鋰離子電池充電。
